​The inspection report will cover the condition of the home's heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing system; electrical system; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; and the foundation, basement and crawl space. The inspection reporting software that I use is written by Home Gauge. With over 20 years’ experience in report writing software Home Gauge has made it easy for the client to read and understand the reports produced by the home inspector. Each report includes a description of the areas inspected and any pictures & comments of any items needing repair or further evaluation. The report also details areas of inspection limitations. For example: if a roof is inaccessible for any reason, whether it is too steep, too slick, or walking on it will damage it, we will provide a drone assisted inspection. Once the inspection is completed you can expect to receive the report within 24 hours if not the same day.
